Clute Park Camping Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations with More Than 21 Days’ Notice

   • A refund will be issued minus a $40.00 cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations with 1 to 21 Days’ Notice

   • No refund will be provided.

   • A camp credit will be issued after deducting a $40.00 cancellation fee.

3. Same-Day Cancellations

   • One full day’s rate will be charged.

   • The remaining balance will be converted to camp credit.

4. No-Shows

   • Failure to arrive without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, no refunds will be given.

5. Early Departures & Weather Conditions

   • No refunds will be issued for early departures or cancellations due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Camp Credit

   • Camp credit can be used during the current camping season or the next.

   • Unused camp credit will expire after the following camping season.
